Our customer is a main contractor entitled to supply on a “turn-key” basis, in Italy or abroad, a complete food plant or the production lines only, and wants to rely on the expertise and know-how of an engineering company, available and prepared to:
 

	assess the basic data of the project and ascertain its feasibility
	take part in the preparation of the basic and detailed engineering
	take part in the research and selection of other specialists (engineers, technologists) and suppliers of civil works, utilities, process equipment and so on
	co-ordinate and supervise the various project activities, from the preliminary design up to the start-up of the new plant, in order to comply with the budgeted costs and fulfil the customer requirements.
