	Assessment of the basic data of the project (technical, production, economical, financial)
	Formulation of the preliminary project, with identification of the production process engineering (flow, equipment, layout) and sizing of the functional areas
	Assistance to the selection of other specialists and engineers
	Assistance during the preparation of the detailed engineering for civil works, utilities, process equipment
	Assistance to the selection of suppliers of civil works and industrial equipment
	Co-ordination and supervision of the various steps required for the erection and running of the new food plant
	Monitoring of the general schedule fulfilment and updating.
